For the first time in Adygheya, computer security competitions in the STF format were held on the basis of Adyghe State University

The students from ASU, MSTU, and MGTC (ASU) have demonstrated their abilities and skills in the field of information security.

CTF (Capture the Flag) is a competition held in a playful way and the main task is to find secret data (“flags”). The CTF competition lasted 8 hours. At the end of the competition, the jury checked the results and determined the winners.

Alexander Tychinsky has taken the first place (MGTC, ASU). , ASU). Timofey Kolchurin has won the second place (ASU). The third place has been won by Nikita Sholokhov (ASU).

The Chairman of the organizing committee of the competitions in the Republic of Adygheya, Marat Aliyev said: “In Adygheya such competitions have been held for the first time. The main purpose of the competitions is the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of information security, professional growth and development of information security culture and system design among students”.
