Student of ASU Instructor Achieves Award at the All-Russian School Olympiad in English

Yegor Malkov, an eleventh-grade student at Maykop Lyceum No. 34, secured a prize in the final round of the All-Russian School Olympiad in English held in Moscow. This achievement marks the first award in the republic's history for a student from a specialized secondary educational institution (VSOSH) in this subject.
The winner and his mentor were congratulated by Murat Kumpilov, the Head of the Republic of Adygea:
"I extend my congratulations to our talented young student and his mentor, Zuriet Nurbievna Kodzova, senior lecturer in the Department of Arabic and Second Foreign Languages at ASU. I wish him continued success and future victories!" he stated.
As a reminder, another student of Zuriet Kodzova, Daria Fomicheva, previously earned a prize at the All-Russian Student Olympiad in Arabic.
Yegor Malkov's achievement continues the impressive streak of successes by Adyghean students at this year's Olympiads. Previously, students from our region have won awards in chemistry, mathematics, and multiple categories in biology. These accomplishments reflect the high level of preparation not only of the participants but also of their educators, most of whom are faculty and students from Adygea State University and the Republican School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.
