The Adyghe State University and the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Adygheya is organizing the 10th All-Russian scientific and practical conference “The problems and prospects of socio-economic development in the regions of the South of Russia” in Maykop, on November 26.

The purpose of the conference is to involve a wide range of researchers and specialists in discussing current issues of socio-economic development in the regions of the South of Russia.

Heads, teachers, specialists, doctoral students and postgraduate students, students of educational institutions of any departmental affiliation and organizational and legal form, as well as all those interested in the issues under consideration are invited in the conference.

The official language of the conference is Russian.

The format is mixed: in-person (plenary session is in-person or remote; sectional presentations are remote)

THE MAIN FOCUS OF THE CONFERENCE

1.The quality of the living environment as a driver of regional dynamics and reduction of differentiation within the perimeter of the Southern Federal District.

2.Cognitive and mathematical methods and models for solving multi-aspect and complex socio-economic development of regions.

3.Tax, financial and credit aspects of the socio-economic development of the southern regions in the context of dynamic changes in the internal and external environment.

4. general, sectoral and regional management in the system of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation’s constituent entities.

5.The transformative potential of value-oriented approach in the sustainable development of the southern regions of Russia.  

6. Regional vector of population preservation and demographic growth: in the regional practice of technology for preventing demographic decline.

7.The combination of digitalization and digital transformation of the economy in the context of finding reserves and dynamics accelerating of social development.

8.Territorial marketing and branding of regions and municipalities, the formation of positive and boundary reputational characteristics, and a multi-purpose market image of the territory.

  9. Social design technology in the organization of social work with the local population

10. Transformation of accounting, analysis and control: methods, tools, technologies and innovative approaches.

11. Tourism and recreation as drivers of transit to post-industrial models of regions’ economy models.

12. Management technologies of “smart” family in coordinating the development processes of enterprises, complexes, industries and territories.,

To participate in the conference, you must submit an application on the portal by November 5 2025  Lomonosov (https://lomonosov-msu.ru/rus/event/9977/ and attach the scientific article text in accordance with requirements (Appendix 1 Informational letter). Co-authored works are allowed, (no more than three co-authors). No more than 3 works are accepted per author.

There is no organizational fee for participation in the conference.

As a result of the conference, it is planned to publish an electronic collection of articles selected by the program committee for publication, followed by placement on the platform eLIBRARY.ru (indexed RITS).

The sections of the collection will be formed according to the conference topics and articles’ subject matter.
