27 Students from Uzbekistan Earn Double Diplomas from ASU and UzSUML
Within the framework of the cooperation agreement, Adyghe State University and Uzbek State University of World Languages have been jointly implementing educational programs at the bachelor's level in 'Russian as a Foreign Language' and 'Informatics and Computer Science' since 2019.
Training is conducted at both universities in the '3+1' format — students spend the first three years at UzSUMYA and the final year at ASU. Throughout the entire program, instructors operate in a hybrid format — in person in Maykop or through visits by ASU specialists to Uzbekistan, as well as remotely using distance learning technologies.
Students who successfully complete the course and pass the final assessment receive diplomas from both universities — Uzbek and Russian. This year, 27 students from Uzbekistan graduated from the joint programs: 14 in 'Informatics and Computer Engineering' and 13 in 'Russian as a Foreign Language.'
The convocations for these graduates took place at Uzbek State University of World Languages in Tashkent. The event was held in a warm and joyful atmosphere, with the participation of teachers, parents, and representatives of partner organizations.
