Adyghe State University Included in List of Exam Centers for Migrant Russians
The prime minister signed an order approving a comprehensive list of state institutions that can conduct exams in Russian as a foreign language, Russian history, and the fundamentals of Russian legislation.
The list comprises 92 institutions, with Adyghe State University being one of them.
In early November, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law prohibiting the transfer of rights and obligations to conduct comprehensive exams for migrants to third parties. Prior to this, third-party examiners could conduct these exams on a contractual basis. Decisions on including new institutions in the list will be made based on proposals from the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, in agreement with the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and Rosobrnadzor.
