Alumnus of Adyghe State University Appointed as Official Representative of The Republic of Adygea to the President of Russia

By decree of the Head of the Republic of Adygea, Murat Kumpilov, Bislan Mugu has been appointed as the official representative of the Republic of Adygea to the President of the Russian Federation.

Previously, he served as the director of the Multifunctional Youth Center “Youth of Adygea.”

Bislan Aslanovich Mugu, born in Maykop, earned a law degree from Adyghe State University, where he subsequently began his professional career. Since 2015, he has been actively involved in volunteer work, holding leadership positions in youth public organizations across the republic. He served as chairman and was one of the founders of the Adygea regional organization of the Russian Youth Union. After working at the Youth Resource Center, he headed the State Autonomous Institution of the Republic of Adygea, “Youth of Adygea,” where he made significant contributions to the development of youth policy in the region.

For his active public and professional work, he has been awarded the Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation twice.
