Winners of the VIII Regional Psychology Olympiad "Kaleidoscope of Psychological Knowledge" for Adygea High School Students Celebrated

As part of the All-Russian Festival NAUKA 0+, the Department of Educational Psychology of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of Adyghe State University, together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Adygea and the Adygea Republican Institute for Advanced Studies, held the VIII Regional Psychology Olympiad "Kaleidoscope of Psychological Knowledge" for students in grades 9-11 of general education institutions in the Republic of Adygea.

The Olympiad was held remotely from November 11 to December 9, 2025. Thirty-nine high school students participated.

The goal of the Olympiad is to improve the psychological culture of schoolchildren, develop their research skills and abilities, popularize psychological knowledge, and develop students' interest in further professional training in the field of psychology.

Olympiad participants were given three tasks. In the "Self-Presentation" stage, they were asked to create a self-portrait that revealed their individuality, taking into account their personal values, emphasizing their moral principles, worldviews, ideals, and aspirations. In the "Psychological Interviewing: My Hero" stage, they had to act as journalists: prepare, conduct, and present the results of an interview with an interesting person, a modern-day hero, about their core values. In the third stage, "Banner Promoting the Main Value," participants applied their skills in working with information and computer programs to create an advertising banner containing a slogan promoting what they considered to be their most important values.

The Olympiad winners were determined by the highest total points earned in the competition tasks. All Olympiad participants and their supervisors will be awarded certificates of participation. Diplomas will be awarded to the winners and participants who distinguished themselves in individual categories.
