The Regional Olympiad for Schoolchildren, titled "Young Lawyer," was held on April 17 in Maykop. The event was organized by Adyghe State University with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Adygea.

A total of eighty-five high school students from various schools across the republic participated in the competition. The primary objective of the event was to identify talented students studying legal disciplines and to foster interest in jurisprudence.

During the two-hour competition, students from grades 9 through 11 engaged in quizzes and creative projects designed to assess their knowledge of the history of parliamentarism in Russia. The jury evaluated the participants’ performance, noting that the young legal scholars demonstrated a high level of expertise and exhibited innovative thinking.

All participants of the regional "Young Lawyer" Olympiad will be awarded certificates of participation. Additionally, the winners and runners-up of the Olympiad will be granted three extra points for their individual achievements, which will be credited toward their overall score during the admission process to Adyghe State University in 2026 for the program 40.03.01 Jurisprudence.
