The ASU Student Scientific Society is pleased to announce the launch of the "Science on Air" science popularization competition. This initiative aims to support student-driven projects and identify outstanding student efforts to promote science among children and youth, fostering their research and creative potential.

Aligned with the objectives of the Decade of Science and Technology initiative, "Popularization of Science and Technology," the competition is conducted as part of the "SSS Space" project within Adyghe State University's "Priority 2030" development program.Participants from all academic years, departments, fields, and levels of study are welcome to take part, either individually or as part of a team of up to three members. The science popularization project should aim to enhance schoolchildren’s receptivity to innovation and scientific achievements—both global and Russian—through engaging, game-based, and interactive formats. It should also provide children with opportunities to experience roles such as inventor, scientist, programmer, or engineer.Competition Guidelines:
Projects in the field of Natural Sciences
Projects in the field of Exact Sciences and Engineering
Projects in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities
Participants are required to submit a detailed description of an interactive platform designed for schoolchildren.

The presentation should be limited to 30 minutes. Interactivity is a mandatory component, meaning that students must actively engage with the platform (e.g., participate in an experiment, solve a problem, etc.). It is essential to remember that the target audience is schoolchildren; therefore, the presentation must be engaging, comprehensible, and highly interactive.Applications will be accepted from May 18 to May 29. To participate, please submit the following to the competition committee:
An application form (Appendix 1 to the regulations)
A proposal for a venue for the school event (Appendix 2 to the regulations)
A recommendation letter from a teacher specializing in the project's subject area

From May 29 to June 5, selected participants admitted to the second stage by the committee will present their platform designs in person. The competition aims to identify the most innovative projects and effective promoters. The top projects will have the opportunity to showcase their platforms at events organized by ASU's All-Russian "Science Around" project, including science festivals at the Orlyonok and Smena All-Russian Children's Centers, as well as other university events.Winners will receive diplomas and valuable prizes, while all participants will be awarded certificates of participation.Detailed requirements for the project can be read in  the Regulations . Competition materials (application and project presentation) should be sent to the ASU SNO email address: sno_agu@adygnet.ru . For more information, please contact the organizer in charge – Irina Vladimirovna Kireeva, head of the ASU SNO, at 89082288283.
